Michael Zuschlag Working in transportation human factors for modes of transport spanning land, sea, and air, Michael’s projects range from airliner flight decks to public transit Web sites. His work encompasses applied experimental research, usability testing and evaluation, statistical analysis, computational modeling of human performance, user interface design, human-computer interface and human factors standards development, and program evaluation. Michael has a doctorate in psychology and a masters in industrial engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
