Amanda is an experienced UX researcher and strategist whose clients include MaxPoint Interactive, Fidelity Investments, Staples, Adidas, 352 Media, and iContact. She provides user research, usability testing, and UX strategy services. Her expertise has helped companies new to user experience to assimilate user-centered design into their existing processes. Amanda has defined and executed user-research participant recruiting and scheduling processes and assisted in the UX sales process. She also works with one of the largest specialty UX talent agencies, Vitamin T/Aquent, interviewing UX talent, assessing their skillsets, and evaluating job descriptions and needs. Amanda has a human factors background and an engineering degree from Tufts University. When not performing UX magic, Amanda can be found teaching fitness classes, drinking mojitos, and sunbathing with her spoiled pooch, Bromer.
